In most cases, orders for local Nassau and Paradise Island deliveries will be sent out the next day.
All Family Island Mailboat orders must be finalized and paid for 24 hours before sailing.
Same day orders for Family Islands are not permitted.
To cancel a delivery order, you can email our Shipping Department at orders@funfoodsbahamas.com, call our office at (242) 393-8077 or use our WhatsApp number at (242) 809-8077 at the earliest opportunity.
For in-store purchases and pick-up, customers are required to count and inspect their order before leaving as we will not be responsible for discrepancies or improper handling of the product once it leaves the warehouse.
Should you wish to cancel your order, we will make every attempt to accommodate your request.
